INDUSTRIAS RALDA S.A. activity consists on the production and marketing of carob products. Our fundamental objective is to develop products with the highest levels of quality, with the commitment to comply with the applicable legal requirements, and those of our customers, guaranteeing the production of safe and harmless foods, respecting the environment, and oriented towards loyalty and satisfaction of our clients.

The basic principles of the Quality, Food Safety and Environmental Policy of INDUSTRIAS RALDA S.A. are:

1. Offer carob products that are unique for their quality, according to the needs of our customers, producing them according to their requirements, exceeding their expectations and putting ourselves before their desires, so that we are able to offer them the quality they expect from us, and differentiate ourselves from our competition.
2. Guarantee the safety and security of the carob products produced, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements of the GMP+ standard and those of our own clients.
3. Ensure the trust of our clients in terms of production and technical capacity, management, flexibility and reliability of our products.
4. Maintain active and fluid communication with our clients, suppliers and other interested parties, both internal and external, to promote the continuous improvement of the management system through the communications and clarifications made.
5. Promote collaboration with our suppliers, in order to ensure the safety of raw materials, and guarantee their supply.
6. Maintain modern and cutting-edge facilities and equipment, so that the technological measures and advances adopted are focused on meeting the trends of the new carob markets, on matters that affect our customers, on meeting the requirements regulations, and to the continuous improvement of our processes.
7. Provide resources and improve processes with adequate and justified investments, protecting the investments made.
8. Maintain our commitment to pollution prevention at all levels of our organization. And develop a responsible company sustainability strategy.
9. Ensure the qualification of our work team, and its adaptation to the functions performed, to develop good quality, safety and environmental practices. We believe that with teamwork we maintain and improve our quality, and move towards the sustainability of our products.
